Community solutions that create jobs.

GrowthWorks builds practical solutions to local problems, then turns those solutions into training, employment, and proof. Software, robotics education, green initiatives, recovery support, fabrication, food security, and funder-ready outcomes all work from one shared mission: solve the problem in front of us and create the next job while we do it.

The GrowthWorks model

One local problem becomes a working enterprise.

We are not trying to build another program that lives on paperwork. We build the thing the community actually needs, teach people how to run it, document the outcomes, and let the work pay for more work.

1Find the pressure point

Food insecurity, disconnected services, workforce gaps, missed appointments, compliance burden, or a technology divide.

2Build the solution

A grow stack, a data service, a robot skill, a grant command center, a maker product, or a partner workflow.

3Teach inside the work

People learn by producing real outputs: crops, verified records, automation tasks, products, storefront listings, and service referrals.

4Employ the graduates

The more solutions we create, the more roles we can create: stewards, technicians, operators, peer supporters, makers, and instructors.

5Prove and scale

GhostyBoy and the Core track outcomes, compliance, dollars, credentials, and community benefit so funders can confidently help it grow.

What we are building

The Forge turns community needs into training stations.

The Forge is the practical floor where GrowthWorks becomes visible: green systems, robotics programming, AI/data stewardship, fabrication, storefront entrepreneurship, and public community access.

Fairfield Fresh

Hydroponic food security

Vertical grow systems and microgreens create fresh food, green-tech education, sensor data, and paid work-experience roles.

The County Brain

AI and data stewardship

A consent-first county resource layer maintained by trained data stewards, powering referrals, navigation, and funder evidence.

Forge Automation

Robotics programming education

Robots, PLCs, sensors, and automation trainers create hands-on pathways into mechatronics and local field-service work.

Forge Goods

Fabrication and production

3D printing, screen printing, parts, signs, merch, and product prototyping become real client work and student portfolios.

The Storefront

Micro-enterprise engine

People move from skill to sale with listings, fulfillment, bookkeeping, documentation services, and first-dollar proof.

The Commons

Public access and community trust

Open workshops, demo days, AI literacy nights, grow tours, and robotics demos make the work visible and fundable.

Software that runs the work

GhostyBoy is the operating system behind the community work.

The robot, the grow stack, the intake table, the classroom, the storefront, and the grant calendar all need memory. GhostyBoy gives GrowthWorks and partner agencies the shared spine for records, consent, referrals, schedules, compliance, evidence, and outcomes.

IntakeClients and candidates enter once, then move through the right pathway.
ReferralAgencies route people, tasks, documents, and follow-up without losing context.
ComplianceGrant, recovery, workforce, and program requirements become active schedules.
OutcomesPounds grown, credentials earned, dollars paid, and jobs created stay visible.
For community partners

Bring us the problem your team keeps working around.

Recovery providers, churches, employers, schools, food partners, county agencies, and neighborhood groups can plug into the GrowthWorks model. We help turn your recurring problem into a teachable, documentable, fundable workflow.

For funders

Fund infrastructure that can keep producing after the grant.

Each station is designed to generate proof and revenue: credentials, contracts, products, services, public benefit, and documented outcomes. That means every dollar can support both mission and capacity.

Start with the community need

Let’s build the next solution together.

Bring the problem, the building, the funding stream, the classroom, the employer relationship, or the agency workflow. We will help turn it into something people can use, learn from, and grow through.
